Two Simple White Frames Filled With Colour

Endlich habe ich einen tollen neuen Laptop, meinen ersten Mac!  Jetzt versuche ich nach und nach dort alles für mich passend einzurichten, so dass ich wieder richtig mit meinen Bildern arbeiten kann. Leider werde ich mir wohl auch irgendwann ein neues Photoshop besorgen müssen, daher nutze ich zwischenzeitlich eine alte Version, die damals mit meinem Drucker geliefert wurde. Jetzt fehlen mir beim Drucken ein paar gewohnte Funktionen, aber dennoch sind gestern einige neue Ausdrucke entstanden. Zum Beispiel diese: randlos, in A4, passend zu zwei schlichten weißen Ikea-Rahmen, die ich schon vor längerer Zeit gekauft hatte. Einmal nostalgische Oktoberfeststimmung und einmal Frühling pur. Sehnt ihr euch auch schon so nach Licht, Wärme und zarten, frischen Farben?

I finally got a new laptop, my first mac! Now I try to get everything the way I need it so that I can finally work properly with my photos. Unfortunately  I will have to get a new photoshop, so for the moment I'm using an older version which I got with my printer.  Some functions are missing when I'm printing pictures but nevertheless I managed to make some new prints yesterday. They are borderless, size 7 3/4 x 11 1/2 '' and are perfect for two simple white frames from Ikea which I had bought some time ago. A nostalgic Oktoberfest mood and then a pure Spring mood. Do you also long so badly for some light, warm temperatures and some fresh colours?

Fairground Attractions

In der Zeitung habe ich vor kurzem gelesen, dass auch dieses Jahr wieder die historische Wiesn stattfinden soll. Kein Wunder, denn obwohl ich eigentlich kein Oktoberfestfan bin, so hat mir (und wohl noch vielen anderen) doch die nostalgische und gemütlichere Version der Riesenveranstaltung gut gefallen. Fotos hatte ich dort einige geschossen und eine Auswahl davon hier gezeigt, doch vor Weihnachten bekam ich Lust, ein paar von ihnen neu zu bearbeiten. Jetzt habe ich vier davon auch noch auf Holz aufgezogen. Vier bunte Jahrmarktsimpressionen als Vorfreude auf die nächste historische Wiesn :-)
I recently read in the newspaper that this year there will be a historic Oktoberfest once again. This is no surprise for me because I really enjoyed the nostalgic and more cozy version of the big fair last year and so did a lot of people. I had made many photos and showed some of them here but just before Christmas I suddenly wanted to process some of them in another way. Now I mounted four of these on wood. Four colourful fairground impressions as a kind of pleasant anticipation of the next "historic Wiesn" :-)
