Breathing

Am Wochenende waren wir endlich mal wieder in den Bergen wandern! Die ganze Familie hat die Ruhe, die Natur, die Sonne, die frische klare Luft, die körperliche Anstrengung und die leckere Einkehr auf einer Bergwirtschaft sehr genossen! In nur einer knappen Stunde Fahrtzeit (ganz bequem in der Bahn verbracht) waren wir in der schönsten Urlaubswelt, direkt am Tegernsee! Ist schon nicht schlecht, in einer so gemütlichen und schön gelegenen Großstadt wie München zu leben :-)
This weekend we went trekking in the Alps! All the family enjoyed the nature, the sunshine, the fresh air, the physical effort and the stop at an inn for a good meal!  After an one hour drive with the train we were in the most beautiful holiday scenery, at the "Tegernsee"! It's really not bad to live in a so very beautifully situated big city as Munich :-)

Postcard decorations and a very special notebook

Mit Postkarten kann man wunderbar dekorieren, findet ihr nicht auch? Und mit Masking-Tape geht es super einfach und praktisch, da man alles immer wieder neu gestalten kann ohne Wand oder Postkarte zu beschädigen. Heute habe ich mal mit meinen neu gestalteten Fotokunst-Postkarten gespielt und sie in kleinen Postkarten-"Wolken" an die Wand geklebt.
Postcards are wonderful for decorating a room, don't you think you? And with masking tape it is so easy and comfortable because you can change your decoration whenever you want without damaging the wall or the postcards. Today I played a little with my newly designed fine art- postcards and created small postcard-"clouds" on the wall.

Ich mag sie alle, nicht nur weil das meine persönlichen Lieblingsmotive sind, sondern auch weil ich von dem Papier und den Farben, mit denen sie hergestellt wurden, so begeistert bin. Die Karten fühlen sich toll an, die Farben sind schön sanft und absolut passend zu meinen Bildern und sie riechen sogar sehr angenehm! Und dann ist das Ganze auch noch gut für die Umwelt, da Recyclingpapier und Pflanzenfarben bei der Herstellung verwendet wurden!
I love them all not only because these are my favourite motifs but also because the paper and the colours which have been used for printing are so wonderful! It's nice to touch the cards, the colours are very soft and perfect for my photos and they even smell good! And then all this is even good for the environment because they are printed on recycled paper with vegetable inks!

Und mittendrin habe ich meine Fotokunst auf Holz entdeckt - was für eine Ehre, danke Susanne :-) Demnächst zeige ich euch noch mehr davon, aber ich musste heute zumindest schon mal ein bisschen was verraten, denn das Büchlein ist mittlerweile zu meinem ständigen Begleiter geworden (man kann sogar eigene Notizen einfügen!). Übrigens ist es ein perfektes Geschenk für alle München-Liebhaber, ob Münchner, Zugereister oder Tourist (der Text ist auf Deutsch und Englisch!), denn jeder wird hier den einen oder anderen Geheimtipp für sich entdecken!

And in the middle of all this I found my photos on wood - what a great honour, thank you Susanne :-) I will show you more very soon, but I just had to tell you something about it today because this little book is now my constant companion ( you can even write your own notes in there!). By the way, this is a perfect present for all the Munich-lovers no matter if they are from Munich, have moved to Munich or are traveling to Munich (the text is even written in German and in English!) because everybody will find one or two insiders' tipps!

Colourful Munich

Schmuck, Kleider, Taschen, Kunst, schöne Kleinigkeiten...viele tolle bunte Sachen hat das Kaufhauskollektiv gerade in München in den Stachus-Passagen ausgepackt! Wollt ihr mal schauen? Ich bin ganz begeistert von der kreativen Vielfalt und froh, bei dieser wundervollen Aktion dabei sein zu dürfen :-)
Jewellery, clothes, bags, art, beautiful little things...many great and colourful things are presented right now by the "Kaufhauskollektiv" in Munich! Would you have a look at them? I'm really totally enthusiastic about all the creativity and happy to be a part of this wonderful event :-)

Bis zum 10.6. findet sie noch im 1. UG vom Stachus statt, dann werden die "Zelte" wieder abgebaut und irgendwann wieder woanders aufgeschlagen! Alle Designer/Künstler findet ihr hier (viele auch mit Online-Shop).
